Hello why is the lace wigs ripps so easy this the second time i purchased a lace wig and start to comb it and the hairline splits right in half can someone explain

Do not buy the wet and wavy micro hair from this store because it do not braid. The owner wasn’t there but her sister try to act like nothing is wrong with that plastic hair. I will not do business with this store in the future.
