The shop might be a little hard to find but just keep looking . My go to place for nails , Joe and is fellow co workers are really great with customer service. They are Alexis happy to see you and very welcoming. The process is if you want acrylic nails for does the nails and the ladies will paint the nails and do the Pedicure.
There is no appointment required , it’s a first come basis.
Wait us usually 30 to 1 hour cause his proces are popular, but the service is worth it. My nails always last and the ladies who paint/ design your nails are always so helpful and friendly. Been going to Joe for more than 4 years.
I called in to make an appointment and was told they only accept walk-ins. Okay cool. So I go in the next day, and as soon as I walked in, I greeted the room and literally was acknowledged by no one except another young lady waiting to get her nails done. So I took a seat and no one even walked up to me to ask what service I was looking for. So about an hour and a half later I wondered if they even knew I was there so I go to one of the ladies who was with a client and I told her I wanted a gel manicure done. She looked at me and said when one of the ladies opens up, she'll take me. Okay cool. I waited about 2 hours and so before I was seated in one of the nail tech's chair. Who clearly looked and had the attitude of an over worked exhausted tech. I initially wanted 2 colors but the lady was so rude I opted out and just went with 1 color. I PAY FOR THE SERVICE I expect a well done job. The service was rushed through and sloppy and effortless. I didn't even want the hand massage. I just wanted to get out of here. Not going back. The gel job messed up my nails which I was working so hard to grow. Disappointed.

I've been going to solo for 16 years, Joe the owner does the nails. My nails NVR chip or break. Its only him doing the aryclics so the wait can be long.. He has 2 ladies doing Mani/pedis
The best nails I have ever had! Well done by Joe who I found very personable and knows what he is doing. May be a little rough on the cuticles but nails last forever, plus you can't beat the price! I travel an hour to go to Joe.... he is well worth it!!!!
Do not recommend. If you are not a regular with the assistants/ don't speak Spanish expect to wait a long time. Last time I went on a friday morning. When I walked in, there were only 3 people ahead of me yet they were all doing acrylics & pedicures. Joe is the only person that does Acrylics so I didn't expect a long line since all I wanted was a gel manicure. More women kept coming in and the assistants were doing all of their pedicures instead of taking me. Since I had already waited an hour, I kept waiting. When the lady finally took me, she complained that I had gel on from before and let my fingers rest for 15 minutes in rubbing alcohol while she did another woman's pedicure. I was fed up because I had to put about 2 hours 1/2 worth of quarters into the meter. In the end, I just left. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! People that came in an hour after me had already left. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS? ALSO, WHEN YOU WALK IN, NOBODY BOTHERS ASKING WHAT SERVICE YOU WANT DONE. THE FIRST TIME I WENT, I DIDN'T KNOW THE LINE WAS ONLY FOR JOE AND WAS FORCED TO WAIT TOO. GAVE THIS PLACE ENOUGH CHANCES.
