Came in and the place was messy. Took a seat and was not acknowledged so I left while the employees talked non stop with their customer.
Usually satisfied, but not this time. Waited over 30 minutes only to have him take a person who just walked in...not even an appointment. They also don't commit to the open and close hours. Time to find a more consistent place!
I used to regularly come here to do my eyebrows. The last time I came to this place was a couple months ago. I've stopped coming because the last lady who did my eyebrows, I suppose got impatient and didn't try cooling wax. So she burned my face and now I have a permanent scar under my right eyebrow. I was in pain but unfortunately didn't notice how bad it was until I got home.
I also want to add that they'll ask you who you want to do your eyebrows, but NO ONE WEARS A NAME TAG, so you end up having to settle for the first person who'll take you. That's very inconvenient for me since I feel some don't do it as well as others.
As for hair, I had a bad experience with an employee called Rita. She's always on the phone, talking to everyone in the room, and even eating greasy sticky food with her hands all while she's doing my hair. So something that usually takes 20 minutes will end up taking an hour or more and she's only good at blow drying and very very basic cuts. DON'T TRUST HER WITH SCISSORS!!! She actually ruined my hair and my mom's hair. I wish I was over exaggerating.
This place is actually very disorganized, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Update: Had to stop coming here, they started doing my brow so thin to the point I had to let it grow for months.
TONY is the only one that knows what he’s doing. He takes his time. It can take him 1hour doing your eyebrows and he wont stop until your eyebrowns look perfect and beautiful! i go and if Tony is not there im out! TONY IS THE BEST !!!!!! Perfect at doing a perfect shape . I just love him !!!
