I usually don’t do reviews bc I don’t want to sound like a Karen, but this experience was seriously awful. My first red flag should’ve been when the “clean” station they directed me too had someone else’s dirty nail trimmings on it. I paid full price ($35) for a gel manicure and my cuticles are completely busted (see pics). During the service the nail lamp got super hot and ruined the gel, which my nail tech kept painting over. A different nail tech (Kim) was walking by and noticed this, so she decided to redo all of them. The service took 1.5 hours and I had 3 nail techs watching the attempt to fix them which was kind of awkward. I also got cut about 10 times in the process and they used a nail file/buffer on me that had clearly been used on another customer. Don’t recommend this place unless you want a nail infection ????
I’m not sure what’s going on with Hershey nails but it is going down hill! I get pedicures on the regular and the past year with Hershey nails has been nothing but issues. I keep going back thinking oh it was just a bad day and trying to give the benefit of the doubt but this evening was my last straw. I picked out a beautiful dark solid green glitter for Christmas and my nail tech said oh that beautiful for Christmas and proceeded to go grab my color. She started painting my nails with black. I was taken back by this but figured she knows what she’s doing. Then she adds a clear glitter over top and say do you like? I said um no? This isn’t green at all. And she proceeds to actually argue with me saying this is the color and so I asked to see my swatch again and saw panic on her face. She brings the swatch back that I picked and says they no longer have this color. So instead of telling me that from the beginning she tried to pull a fast one over me. She brought back chunky green glitter and at this point I’ve just had it so she proceeds to put that over top of the black. Over all my toes look like a 5 year old and it’s nothing I would ever ever get if you know me.
I've been going to Hershey nails for almost 2 years now… I love Kim so much. There is not a time that I go in there that I don't absolutely love my nails.
They did a great job on my nails. I did have to wait a little bit but that was due to the volume of customers so I didn't really mind. The lady that did my nails was careful and listened to my concerns (the UV lamp kept mildly burning me, sensitive hands, she explained I could pop my hands out every few seconds). Friendly staff and great service, will be coming back!
This place was absolutely excellent yes there might be a little bit of a weight but they definitely will get you in prices were extremely decent and I'm more than happy with the result I'm a mechanic so I tend to work with a lot of tools and my nails get messed up quickly it's been a week they still look great !!! I'm going back for sure also they are very clean.
And once again I am beyond satisfied! Not one have my nails chipp or broke!! They are very nice and always greet you upon walking in. They are busy but still take walkins!. Cherry whom I see is awesome.. and quick to!.
And You can park on side of building if spots are full
My husband and I called for pedicures. They said they could do them in 5 minutes. They were very accommodating but we felt very rushed.
Won’t be going back. They tried to charge me $45 for a fill in which is $20 with regular color and $5 for a broken nail.,, so that’s $25 extra long extra $10? I’m guessing so she was trying to give herself a tip lol not happening I walked out without polish. I love the new girl who does my feet however the chick with the glasses that usually sits up front needs fired. Sooo over them not coming back after 5 years and spending. $80* each time. They don’t deserve it anymore. They don’t listen and don’t do what you ask or try to get one over on you. !! Go elsewhere
I was a walk-in and able to be seen almost immediately. The nail tech was kind, courteous and professional. My toes look great. Place was clean, and reasonably priced.
